The Abbott House Wedding Packages & Pricing (2027–2028)

The most common question in our inbox is the simplest one: what does it cost to get married at The Abbott House? So here it is, in public, with no form to fill out first.

Everything below is for our 1895 Victorian mansion, courtyard and banquet hall at 907 N Austin St in Seguin, Texas — thirty-five minutes from San Antonio and fifteen from New Braunfels. Friday, Saturday and Sunday are weekend rates. Monday through Thursday saves you between $500 and $2,000, and the house looks exactly the same.

Courtyard Vows — $3,700 weekend / $3,200 weekday

Eight hours on the property, ceremony and reception spaces, tables, chairs and linens, and full setup and breakdown. Best for intimate weddings and couples bringing their own vendors.

Grand Gala — $5,400 weekend / $4,700 weekday

Everything in Courtyard Vows, plus table decor and centerpieces from our in-house collection, the bridal suite and groom's lounge, and a rehearsal walk-through. This is the package most of our couples choose.

Royal Wedding — $10,700 weekend / $8,700 weekday

Ten hours, a day-of coordinator, florals and your ceremony arch, an officiant, three-hour bar service, a bridal shoot in the mansion and your rehearsal dinner. For couples who would rather hand the day off than manage it.

The Dream Wedding — $22,000, all inclusive

Twelve hours for 100 guests ($99 for each guest beyond 100), with catering, bar, cake, florals, photography, DJ, coordination and your overnight stay in the mansion all included. Built à la carte, the same list runs about $24,050 — we bundle it at $22,000.

Add-ons, if you want them

• Catering from our own kitchen: $30–$48 a plate

• Day-of coordination: $800

• Overnight stay in the mansion (sleeps 9): $1,000 a night

• Three-hour bar service: $25 a guest — or a cash bar with our bartender and no minimum

• Bring your own alcohol: $250 fee, our bartender serves it

• Additional hour: $125 · Photo booth: $500

What is always included

Setup and breakdown — every chair, table and candle placed before you arrive and cleared after you leave. Send us your Pinterest board and we build it. Nobody in your family folds a chair at midnight.

What holds a date

A deposit. We do not hold dates informally, because it is not fair to the next couple asking about the same Saturday. Tell us your date and we will tell you honestly, the same day, whether it is open.

Come stand in the courtyard

Private tours run most afternoons and Saturday mornings — one couple at a time, about an hour, no sales pitch. You will leave with pricing in writing and an honest answer about your date.
